• Tina completed her schooling from Carmel Convent School in Bhopal and later moved to Delhi to pursue her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College. After completing her graduation, she pursued a Master's degree in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi.

• In 2015, Tina appeared for the UPSC civil services examination, which is considered one of the toughest examinations in India, and secured the first position. She was allotted the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and was appointed as an Assistant Collector in Rajasthan.

• Tina's achievement as the first-ever Dalit woman to secure the top rank in the civil services examination earned her widespread recognition and made her a role model for many young people aspiring to become civil servants.
